Bradley Cooper’s Rocket Raccoon and other stars stun with Halloween outfits

  • Bradley Cooper dresses up as Rocket Raccoon from the Marvel Cinematic Universe for Halloween, generating buzz.
  • Celebrities opt for horror-themed and comic book character costumes, such as Tyga as Art the Clown and Kendall Jenner as Wonder Woman.
  • Costumes related to DC comic book characters appear to be more popular during Halloween compared to Marvel Studios characters.

Following the release of Guardians of the Galaxy 3 in which Rocket Raccoon played a significant role, Bradley Cooper paid homage to the Marvel Cinematic Universe character he portrayed by dressing up as him for Halloween. Halloween is a highly anticipated time of year, particularly in Western and American culture, where fans of cinema, television, and music look forward to seeing celebrities dressed up as iconic pop culture characters. This year was no exception.

As is typical, horror-related costumes were a common choice among celebrities. Tyga dressed as the creepy Art the Clown from Terrifier, while Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz took on the roles of Rosemary and her baby. Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly paid tribute to both Kill Bill and Death Note with their costumes.

Keke Palmer impressed with her The Bride of Frankenstein outfit, and Megan Thee Stallion looked stunning in her Gremlins 2: The New Batch-inspired costume. Apart from horror-themed outfits, Bradley Cooper garnered attention dressing as his own MCU character, Rocket Raccoon, while his daughter dressed up as Taylor Swift.

In the ongoing rivalry between Marvel Studios and DC, it appears that DC comic book characters were more popular costume choices this Halloween. Riverdale stars Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch, and Lili Reinhart dressed as the Gotham City Sirens, while Kendall Jenner chose to be Lynda Carter’s iconic Wonder Woman. Chloe Bailey also transformed into the famous DC anti-heroine Catwoman. Notably, TV host Maya Jama opted for a Marvel character, dressing up as the X-Men character Storm. Additionally, Margot Robbie dressed up as V from V for Vendetta, another popular comic book character.

Ultimately, it’s up to the fans to decide which celebrity costume wins the Halloween contest.
