In an intense future war between humanity and artificial intelligence, The Creator follows Joshua (played by John David Washington), an ex-special forces agent grieving his missing wife (Gemma Chan). Joshua must track down and eliminate the Creator, the enigmatic mastermind behind advanced AI who developed a secret weapon capable of ending the war and humanity.
Joshua and his team of elite operatives venture into AI-controlled territory and uncover the apocalyptic weapon: an AI in the form of a young child. Produced by 20th Century Studios, New Regency, and Entertainment One, The Creator is directed by Gareth Edwards, who co-wrote the script with Chris Weitz.
