- Skyline: Warpath is a sci-fi action sequel featuring Iko Uwais and Scott Adkins in a martial arts vs. alien invader showdown.

- The film follows the leader of a human resistance, played by Uwais, as he faces off against corrupt characters and an army of alien invaders.
The upcoming sci-fi action sequel, Skyline: Warpath, pairs Iko Uwais from The Raid with Scott Adkins of John Wick: Chapter 4, promising a thrilling combination of martial arts and alien invader chaos. XYZ Films has pre-purchased the project and will distribute it in the United States in early 2025.
First-look images show Uwais and Adkins fighting both together and against each other in the fourth installment of the Skyline franchise, which began in 2010 with the small-scale disaster movie, Skyline.
Directed by Liam O’Donnell (Beyond Skyline), Skyline: Warpath is currently being filmed in Indonesia with an all-star cast including Iko Uwais (The Raid, The Raid 2), Scott Adkins (Boyka: Undisputed, Avengement), Louis Mandylor (Rambo: Last Blood, The Debt Collector), Randall Bacon (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), and Yayan Ruhian (The Raid, Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens).
The first Skyline was set in a Los Angeles apartment, where a group of friends witnesses a terrifying alien invasion featuring giant blue lights hypnotizing anyone who looks at them. The series has since evolved into an epic action saga, with the 2017 sequel, Beyond Skyline, introducing The Purge: Anarchy star Frank Grillo and Uwais to the story.
In Skyline: Warpath, Uwais reprises his role as Sua, the leader of an underground human resistance, with the movie taking place five years after the events of Beyond Skyline. The sequel follows Sua as he leads The Resistance against the aliens and must deal with the corrupt Eric (Adkins) and the army of alien invaders after discovering the powerful alien Radial Gauntlet.
Director Liam O’Donnell expressed his excitement about the pairing of Uwais and Adkins, stating, “Since we first met Iko Uwais, Matthew Chausse and I have been pushing to make a star vehicle for him like Warpath. Pairing him with the truly versatile action legend Scott Adkins, along with XYZ films, the company that started things off for us, has been a dream come true.”
After his prominent role in John Wick: Chapter 4, Scott Adkins is currently starring in the sequel One More Shot, alongside action icon Michael Jai White. The film is shot in a single take, similar to its 2021 predecessor, and features Adkins’ Navy SEAL character in action while escorting a terrorist suspect to Washington D.C. Adkins is also set to star in Lights Out with Frank Grillo, described as “Road House meets Kickboxer,” and will appear with Guardians of the Galaxy star Dave Bautista in The Killer’s Game, about a veteran assassin fighting off colleagues after placing a hit on himself.
Iko Uwais was recently seen alongside Jason Statham in the Expend4bles film and is set to feature in the sci-fi horror movie Ash, with Eiza González and Aaron Paul.
