Overview

Dr. Richard Long has settled into a quiet existence in Montana, trying to put behind him the havoc of a deadly military experiment gone wrong ten years earlier. His past comes back to haunt him, and cause his own death, when he is visited by Colonel Andrew Brynner, the officer who took the fall for the failed experiment. Brynner is determined to gain access to a secret substance Long developed and sell it to the highest bidder, in order to exact his revenge on the government. Unbeknownst to Brynner, Long had long ago given the substance to a friend, Tim Mason, with orders to keep it stored below 50 degrees. Suddenly Mason finds himself on the run with another co-hort in an attempt to outwit Brynner and save their own lives.
