Pierre Niemans is a chief of police that cannot spend his days sitting behind a desk and posing for media picture opportunities. He is a police chief that needs to be out in the field keeping the streets safe for the public. While he is working on a case, Chief Niemans discovers a trend of ritual murder that could lead him to a violent and deadly cult. But as the chief digs deeper into the case, he starts to realize that there is more to these cult members than meets the eye. Instead of solving a bunch of bizarre murders, Chief Niemans suddenly realizes that he has to stop this cult from completing its mission or else the entire world will come to an end.
