Overview

Will Smith stars as romance advice guru Hitch in the comedy of the same name. This feel-good bromance focuses largely on Hitch’s growing friendship with his client Albert, a lovable loser played by Kevin James. While Hitch is trying to help Albert win Allegra (Amber Valletta), the girl of his dreams, he’s having trouble in his own relationship with the saucy Sara (Eva Mendes). Central to the movie is the chemistry between Smith and James with genuine affection between them by the end. The movie also offers a witty critique on the cultural norm of altering oneself in an attempt to attract the interest of a romantic party, encouraging authenticity instead.
