After clearing her friend’s name in a high profile court case, Elle Woods should be able to sit back and relax. This bouncy blonde is back and she is headed to Washington D.C. After her beloved dog’s mother is found as a makeup test animal, Elle decides to take the issue to the federal government to stop animal testing. With her law degree, she quickly draws up a bill that should easily work its way through Congress. Elle is met with opposition when her main supporter has a hidden agenda. Through her sorority contacts and charming personality, Elle slowly changes each Congressperson’s mind, but she must fight her main supporter’s corporate entity to get the bill approved.

With clever thinking and a dog at her side, Elle Woods is poised to change the law to better animals’ lives.
