Overview

Action-packed NCIS investigative teamwork propels this Washington, D.C. based unit to crime scenes involving U.S. Naval and Marine personnel. Each episode introduces the core team, whose roles are clearly defined for those unfamiliar with the series. With a community of various experts, which have included a Navy Seal officer, a forensics specialist, a former CIA agent, a computer analyst, and other special agents, this team has tackled kidnappings, murders, illegal toxic waste disposal, dirty bombs, terrorist threats, and international espionage. With a pace that mirrors current events, each episode also reflects the strengths and frailties of humanity.
