Overview

Three men – Frank, Beanie and Mitch – become disappointed with their lives. Mitch’s girlfriend cheats on him; Frank gets married but doesn’t want to let go of his wild lifestyle; and family-man Beanie wants his wild lifestyle back. After Mitch finds his girlfriend cheating on him, he rents a house near a college. Frank and Beanie arrive to help cheer him up, and the trio begins to relive their college years by making friends with misfit students, retirees and losers. The new Dean of Students still holds a grudge against the trio, and the three have to avoid being evicted from the house.
