In this sequel to their first adventure, Carmen and Juni Cortez are now Level 2 OSS Agents, who find themselves in competition with Gary and Gerti Giggles, an arrogant pair of siblings. The Transmooker is suddenly stolen, a device that can shut down all defense systems, and Gary and Gerti are chosen to retrieve it. However, Carmen hacks into the computer to reassign her and Juni to the quest, and they travel to an underwater lair where they find ferocious monsters and Romero, the man who invented them and is scared that they want to kill him. Action ensues, the Giggles and Cortez parents arrive, and it is soon discovered that Gary and his father are evil. When the Transmooker is destroyed, the evil ones are fired and Juni resigns from the agency.
