Lieutenant Waters, a Navy SEAL, is sent to Nigeria to extract a U.S. physician running a a mission hospital. Once there, Waters discovers that the Dr. is unwilling to leave without her patients. Waters agrees and the group begins a 12 kilometer hike to the extraction point. Once they reach the extraction point, Waters takes the doctor, abandoning the refuges. In the air they see that the mission compound has been destroyed. They return to rescue the refuges and escort them to Cameroon, and safety. En route they discover that one of the refugees is the son of the deposed president – and the rebels are tracking them.
